Green Canary Day 2006

The fifth Green Canary Day took place on Tuesday 26th September 2006. This year’s theme moved beyond the workplace and encouraged everyone to Go Green! at home as well.

An array of Green Canary Day exhibitors were situated in the retail malls to encourage recycling and energy efficiency in the office.

The team of falcons which deter pigeons from the estate made a popular return as did the roving Green Canaries.

Part of CWG’s display involved its results from the Big Switch Off, which CWG asked all its employees and tenants to take part in over the August Bank Holiday.
